Ellen Hunt joined Everett Fly as a consultant on the master plan and design of the maintenance facility.  The project was a joint venture of Beaty-Saunders/Chesney Morales/E.L. Fly, in collaboration with Johnson Johnson & Roy.  The joint venture provided construction documents and construction supervision services for the first 5 buildings in Phase I.
